The small design hotel Bamboo Zanzibar is in Jambiani, which is on the southeast coast of Zanzibar. The modern building made of sand and concrete has 10 suites. It is the right mix of simplicity, harmony, and high-end beach style.

The suites at this hotel are only for adults. Each one has a view of the ocean, doors that open all the way to the ocean, and a private patio with a plunge pool at the end. The suites are on the first floor, below the 100-meter-long infinity pool and on the patio above (!).
