Ngorongoro Kuhama Camp by TNS Hospitality, Eco-friendly Ngorongoro Kuhama Camp is set in the grassland, with acacia trees all around it. This camp is on the eastern side of the Ngorongoro Crater, only 15 minutes by car from the crater. It is a great place to start a trip to the famous caldera. There are 16 cozy tents with wooden floors at the camp, and each one can fit up to three people.
The tents are decorated in an African way and have comfortable beds, private bathrooms, mosquito nets, free Wi-Fi, and a balcony with a view of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Here are some tables and chairs where you can take it easy and enjoy the view.
In a diner tent that looks and feels like a real restaurant, breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served. The camp offers food from around the world and Africa, and dishes can be changed to fit people with special dietary needs.
You can also ask for a breakfast or dinner in the bush, where you can eat while taking in a beautiful view of the grassland and its animals. The whole camp runs on solar power, and there is a lounge and bar area right next to the eating area with plugs for charging your phones and other electronics. After dinner, a campfire is started outside the dining tent to make it cozy. This gives you a chance to think about the beautiful things you saw at the crater during the day.
