Ngare Sero – Lake Natron Camp, The Lake Natron Camp of Ngare Sero is out in the middle of nowhere, close to Lake Natron, and surrounded by rough volcanic scenery. The solar-powered camp has 10 guest tents: 5 luxury tents, 3 suites, and 1 double suite. Each one is beautifully designed and comes with a king-size bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a portable, eco-friendly compost toilet, like the ones in campers.

There is a porch with chairs next to each tent where you can enjoy the amazing view. There is also a short, private walk from each tent to a natural pool that is fed by a freshwater spring. In the mess tent, where meals are given, there are great views of the Great Rift Valley, Ol Doinyo Lengai, and sometimes the shores of Lake Natron, which are full of flamingos.
