Serengeti Sametu Camp by Karibu Camps & Lodges. The Sametu Camp is east of the famous Serengeti National Park, away from the tourist trails. It is a great place to watch the migration when it comes to this part of the Serengeti or to spend a few nights enjoying central Serengeti in other months.

The camp is very quiet and has a wide view of the open savannah lands and the winding Ngare Nanyuki River, which is close to the camp. It has 18 very large safari tents, divided into 8 standard tents, 8 suites, and 2 family tents. Each has its own bathroom and a hot shower area on a raised platform. The dinner tent serves a hot buffet-style dinner with really tasty foods. You can also eat on your own deck if you’d like.
