8 DAYS FLY SAFARI RUAHA AND SELOUS

8 DAYS FLY SAFARI RUAHA AND SELOUS. The biggest national parks in Tanzania are Selous Game Reserve (now called Nyerere National Park) and Ruaha National Park. They are also the most beautiful places in the south of the country. Because they are so far apart, it would take too long to drive from one park to the other. That’s why we put together this safari package with short and easy rural flights. A lot of the time, this safari path is added on to a trip to the northern parks.

You are free to move at your own pace on this private safari, just the way you like it. You will have your own safari car and driver.

When is the best time to visit Tanzania?

A lot of tourists ask us when the best time is to go to Tanzania. There isn’t just one right answer. It depends on what you like, where you want to go, how much money you have, and what you want to see. This page tells you everything you need to know about the best times to visit Tanzania.

Dry Season (June to October and December to February): The nice weather and great chances to see wildlife make these months perfect for safaris and trips to the beach. You can expect hotel prices to go up and parks and sites to be busier, though.

Midseason, which lasts from March to November, is a good time to visit because hotel prices are average and there aren’t as many tourists. Even though the weather can change and some sites may not be open because of rain, you can still see a lot of wildlife and have a more relaxed safari experience.

The wet season, which lasts from April to May, is great for tourists on a budget because it’s when hotel prices are lowest and parks are least crowded. The heavy rains make the scenery bright and lush, but the weather can change your trip plans.
